Check if a repair is needed
Before you are sure that your printer is actually broken and to request technical intervention please check carefully that:

- both connected network and printer side.
- connected to the system with the data cable and in-line.
- the printer cover is properly closed.
- paper is present correctly.
- paper is not jammed.
- consumable is properly installed.
- consumable is not exhausted.
- the inked tape is not broken or jammed.
- malfunction is not due to your system.
Before contacting our support centers and requesting technical support, please provide us with the following information in order to make our service even more efficient.
- Identify your printer Model/Model, Matricola/Ser. №.
- Identify the malfunction of the printer and under what conditions it manifests itself (e.g. always, hot, cold, printing on special paper, etc.)
You can then request technical assistance from the vs. or by sending the printer to the nearest service center.

Our customers have the opportunity to extend the standard warranty of the purchased product, one of the following types of maintenance contracts or by customizing the service according to their needs.
- Three-year home
Particularly suitable for printers that are not easily transportable. - Triennial at MQCP locations
Suitable for printers that are easy to transport. It is not recommended for line printers, bulky printers and laser colors.
All technical support contracts provide access to a reserved toll-free number for the intervention request.
For efficient and quiet use of your printer, MQCP recommends adding special warranty extension contracts when you purchase the printer.
